The basics

Is the Vault live?

No. FlexVault and TermVault are in preparation and are not accepting deposits. Joining the waitlist is the only step available today.

What are FlexVault and TermVault?

Two credit vaults on Accountable, powered by the AI Wealth Pilot engine. FlexVault targets 15% a year with a 90-day lock-up. TermVault targets 18% a year with a 12-month commitment.

What is Accountable?

Accountable is a real-time financial verification provider. Its Data Verification Network proves assets and liabilities privately, and its Vault-as-a-Service and YieldApp products run verified vaults. Accountable provides verification infrastructure only and does not manage or hold vault assets.

What is Proof of Solvency?

A continuous, cryptographically verified view of what a vault holds and what it owes, across exchanges, custodians and wallets. It replaces slow audits and one-off proof of reserves checks with a live dashboard.

What does “Verified by Accountable” mean?

That the data has been processed through Accountable’s Data Verification Network and matches its source when retrieved. It is not an audit, a certification or a guarantee of solvency.

Rates & lock-ups

Is the 15% or 18% rate guaranteed?

No. They are target rates set in the vault terms and depend on the engine’s performance. Capital is at risk.

What is the difference between FlexVault and TermVault?

FlexVault targets 15% a year with a 90-day lock-up, then redemptions on request. TermVault targets 18% a year with a 12-month commitment, with principal and interest repaid at maturity.

How do FlexVault redemptions work?

After 90 days you can request a redemption at any time. Requests are paid in the order they are received, in redemption cycles, so payment may not be immediate.

Can I leave TermVault early?

An early exit option may be offered with a fee. This will be confirmed in the final terms.

When is interest paid?

The payment schedule will be set in the final vault terms and confirmed before launch.

Proof & protection

How can I check what is happening?

Through the live Proof of Solvency dashboard, which shows assets, liabilities and performance with every data source listed, plus a monthly report on the same day each month.

Will the trading strategy be public?

No. Accountable proves balances and solvency without exposing API keys, wallet addresses or the strategy itself.

Where is my money held?

With independent custodians connected to the exchanges. Half of all capital is held back as a cash buffer and never traded.

Can anyone withdraw the funds?

The AI engine uses trade-only API keys with withdrawals switched off. Any transfer needs two of three independent signers.

What happens if the engine loses money?

Losses are absorbed first by trading profits, then the first-loss reserve, then the cash buffer. Depositors can lose capital only after all of those.

How large is the first-loss reserve?

It will be confirmed, funded and shown on the dashboard before the vaults open.

Eligibility & joining

Who will be able to deposit?

Eligible depositors in permitted countries who pass identity checks and are whitelisted. Some places may require you to qualify as a professional or sophisticated investor.

Which countries are excluded?

Residents of the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong and Canada will not be able to take part. Other restrictions may apply.

What is the minimum amount?

The minimum will be confirmed before launch.

Which stablecoins will be accepted?

Accepted assets will be confirmed before launch.

Does joining the waitlist commit me to anything?

No. It only means we will contact you with updates as the vaults move toward launch.
